Equipment

  • Equipment Needed
  • Blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Straw or chopstick (optional, this will be used to make the lemon peel garnish)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 3 whole lemons peeled
  • 1 cup of water
  • 4 teaspoons of maple syrup or a sweetener of your choice (make sure that if you use honey, not to give the blueberry lemonade to a baby under the age of one.)
  • 10 drops of ConcenTrace Trace Mineral Drops or a couple pinches of either sea salt or pink Himalayan Salt
  • about 2 to 3 ice cubes depending on how big your ice cubes are
  • mint leaves to garnish optional
  • lemon peel garnish optional

Instructions

  • How to make Blueberry Lemonade
  • 1: Add your ice cubes, peeled lemons, blueberries, water, sweetener, and ConcenTrace Trace Mineral Drops (or salt) to your blender.
  • 2: Blend your ingredients until everything is completely mixed together and you like how the consistency turned out. Again, the consistency of mine turned out to be thicker, like a smoothie.
  • 3: Make your lemon peel garnish if you want (optional).
  • 4: Pour the blueberry lemonade into some of your favorite cups, garnish if you would like, and enjoy. Make sure to drink within a few days for the freshest taste!

Notes

*Make sure that if you use honey as a sweetener, not to give the drink or honey to a baby under the age of 1.
